"Location and views outstanding. Dinner and staff at Pietro's restaurant outstanding. Did not encounter housekeeping staff. Front desk personnel when I checked in did not have my bottle of wine ready. Upon check out 2 days later same staff did not have my bottle of wine available. Told me I could have beer even though I told him I do not drink beer. I was given 3 loose cans of Stella Artois Lager Beer in a garbage bag when I checked out. Sad and not up to the standards of the rest of my hotel...

"Everyone was really nice and the property felt really safe. It was mostly older folks there and it was very quiet except for the first night when it sounded like somebody was jumping up and down upstairs, but after that, it was really quiet. It was easy to find a parking spot and the parking lot felt very safe and quiet."

"Check in was easy. Parking always available. Room was clean and well kept with all the basics. Mini fridge but no microwave. Keurig type coffee maker leaked, but coffee also available in the lobby each morning- not the best coffee. Bed and pillows comfortable. Shower with good water pressure, towels mostly decent. Didn't have a chance to utilize the pool area. Overall, good value for the money when traveling on a budget. Would stay again. "

"This was our 3rd stay at the Valley Ho! We make this an annual trip to go to spring training. The staff is very friendly, the rooms and grounds are impeccable. "From the moment we drove up, the bell hop was the nicest guy helping us get to self parking and telling us tips and tricks about the hotel. Every single person was so nice, our waiter at March was amazing! The bed and pillows are both so soft and nice. The sound ordinance is also nice, even though they had 3 weddings, we still felt like it was a hidden gem with just us there, and all music stoped right at 11. Highly recommend this hotel and there’s a cute park next door!! "

Comfortable and clean!

"Very clean rooms and comfortable beds. I usually have a hard time sleeping at hotels because the beds are so uncomfortable, so I was surprised at how comfortable my stay was. Parking is around the corner and while it's convenient, I feel it's quite expensive when you've already paid $260/night for a room. "
