"We chose this place because it could accommodate the whole family (plus a little extra room), was mostly wheelchair accessible, and dog friendly. This property surpassed our expectations!The views are spectacular, from basically anywhere on the property (inside and outside the home). Now, onto the real review with pros and cons, cons first. There are only a few, none are major issues. The ice maker didn't seem to be working (or we did something wrong) and the hot tub was a little tricky to...

"House was great for a large group. Plenty of room for everyone to visit and nice big kitchen. Beautiful property, great location for Medford, Jacksonville and Central Point shopping and restaurants. However, there is not enough bedding or towels for 12 people. Towels had to be washed daily and there are no extra blankets for the couches that had to be used to accommodate 12. And total bummer that when we were there the hot tub was not working."

"It was super comfortable and fun! We were in town for our daughter's wedding and our other children and grandchildren stay with us. Lots of room, great amenities and plenty of things for the kids to do. We all loved the house and location"

"We stayed at this country house with our adult children while enjoying the closing week of OSF and exploring the local Southern Oregon area. The property is spacious with a large kitchen for family cooking and beautiful patio area for outside dining. We loved relaxing in the hot tub and watching cattle graze in a nearby pasture. And all this was just minutes away from downtown Ashland and quick freeway access to Medford!"

"House was very nice. A lot of space for everyone. The sleeping arrangement was not the best but worked out for everyone."

"This large home worked well for our family group of eight adults and two children. It is definitely a work in progress as stated in the description. The remodeled kitchen and finished areas are great and it could be really fabulous when the rest of the house and pool area are finished. "It was convenient and comfortable and clean, however the first thing we did after dropping our bags and getting situated,was attempt to make coffee. There was moldy coffee left in the filter, then we wondered if the ground coffee there was even useable. The area and people around this nice little place is concerning. We should have just stayed at the Rogue Regency instead. The extra property charge was not worth it."
