"Hotel is about 2 miles from the Hanoi Airport and after travelling for 20 hours and getting in at midnight i wanted to have a nights rest before going into the city. Upon arrival my niece realized she left one of her bags, with her medication, in the taxi. The owner of the hotel tracked down the cab company, found out the driver went to bed (it was now 1:30 in the morning. took about 2 hours on google translate to accomplish this. In the morning he woke us at 8:15am. He located the driver, called him and put my niece on his motor scooter and drove him to the taxi guys' house and got her bag. that was the first day of our trip.
