"This hotel was clean and very close to the airport. I would highly recommend it for travelers arriving or leaving Hanoi. It was clean, air conditioned, great hot shower and friendly reception Great fresh breakfast included in the morning. Eric is very knowledgeable and helpful and as it is my first time in Asia he made my first day so much easier. He can also arrange transportation or excursions in the area...he is trustworthy . "

"A bit far from old town but that's kind of nice since the area is quieter. There's lots of upscale hotels and restaurants in the area so finding affordable meals near here is a bit tough. Our biggest issue was privacy: the female dorm is on the first floor with glass in the door and the beds had no curtains on them - so you had nowhere to change clothes in privacy, sleep without lights bothering you, look at your phone at night without lighting up the whole dorm, etc. Bathrooms left a lot to...
