"We highly recommend this hotel to whoever visit Phnom Penh Cambodia. Here's why: we checked in on Nov 7th 2024 & immediately were politely greeted by all the staff at the front desk. Linda, the front desk manager were wonderful. She explained about our rooms, which were connected with our elder parent on the first floor (which is 2nd floor in the US), the cost breakdown she received via Expedia, the cost of breakfast, which one room was not included when I booked. We then offered a welcome drink (tamarin flavored), which were refreshing after a long flight from the USA. We loved it We then were shown to our rooms, which we immediately felt in love with. It's our home away. We showered & ordered Khmer food from the hotel restaurant for our parent while we enjoyed delicious Khmer diner just for the two of us. .The restaurant manger was very nice & polite to bring us the wine menu. We ordered 2022 Vintage Cabernet Sauvignon Famille Bouey Cuvee 20, which was excellent. We rested the rest of the day. The next day, November 8, 2024 breakfast choices were amazing & endless including Khmer & Western style food, which lasted me the entire day. The pool is another amenities the hotel has to offer: it is beautiful, pleasant & refreshing: I forgot to pack my bathing suit but my wife and she enjoyed every second. Pool drinks elevated the experience. We left Phnom Penh to visit Battambang, Siem Reap, Preah Vihear temples, Sihanookville, but always come back to hotel - We give it 10 stars!"

"Only thing because there are 2 Naga Resorts side by side, when booking you need to know which one, as it just says Naga resort on your reservation, thats something Wotif could fix by updating their information to help travellers know which 1. But overall, great place"

"Hotel is lovely. Very safe and comfortable. Next to a mall as well which is handy. Only negative was the rooms are becoming a little outdated. Furniture and TV is old and showing its age. Other than that it is very nice hotel to stay in. "
