"The house and the surrounding land are beautiful. It's quiet and nestled back in the woods. The house is well built, spacious, and easily accommodated eight adults. The owners left nice messages and even a few treats for us. The only gripe I could give is the road leading up to the house. It is very rough and small cars could easily bottom out. Other than that we had a wonderful stay and made some great memories!"

"We visited Missouri to scout areas for retirement. We fojnd all the people of Lebanon to be very friendly. Everything went smoothly checking in. When we arrived the heater was not working so we contacted Jeff. He quickly called his AC and Heating guy and he arrived very quickly and got the problem fixed! "Lots of parking area and plenty of space for boats and vehicles close to building. The building was very new. Floating at Niangua River. 15 mile takes 4 hours easy paddling. Fish were less than 6 in long in property pond. Excellent for tuning/practicing with fly rod or testing fishing gear. There are groceries 20 min away and fuel. Bennet was <30 min away. It would be nice to have a list of river access points for exploring river without paying to be dropped off. I would like to have...
