"I chose a hotel that had an indoor pool so that my 12-year-old granddaughter could go swimming. I made the reservation online and there was no one to ask if the pool was an operating order. We checked in and we told the pool was not open. What a disappointment but again there was no one. I could ask since I did it online. Again, what a disappointment."
