"Having spent over 20 years in the hospitality industry, I have high standards for customer service. This hotel exceeded my expectations with its outstanding service. One notable feature is their selection of gluten-free and non-dairy options, which many hotels often overlook, even now in a time where so many people have allergies. They clearly label all food items, making it easy to identify their ingredients. I believe the food manager's name was either Gladys or Gloria, and she was an absolute pleasure to interact with! We plan to return to Milwaukee in January, and this hotel will be our top choice. Additionally, checking in with my service dog was a smooth process, and the staff was very accommodating towards him. Overall, we loved our stay, including the exceptional customer service, valet, and housekeeping."

"Very comfy and cozy feel to this hotel. Super friendly staff, and swimming pool was was very nice temperature. Not too cold. Really enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and above average breakfast. One odd note, no bar on weekends. Just weekdays. Kinda bizarre, but ok. Overall, I’d recommend!"
