"The front desk was informative on issue with hot water and made sure to get room with no issue. Bed was comfortable and made it easy to relax with some tv I don't get at home. Shower felt good in morning..breakfast nook had quite a selection...not sure bout any hot selections cept for coffee."

"Since I’m visiting near post snow season, parking is easy and the resort is not crowded. Hard to find dining options apart from the cafe and restaurant in the lodge. You have to drive 30mins to Petoskey or Boyne city to eat. Hotel room is clean but old. And the staff are nice on cleaning the room. It’s not far to walk to the lift especially they have lift-side ski valet for free to securely keep your equipment."

We originally we booked for one of the smaller building but at check in my daughter asked if we could get a room at the Main Lodge. We were graciously moved to a room in the Main Lodge with no change in price. The staff was friendly and very efficient. My daughters especially liked the wonderful aroma in the halls and lounges. "I don’t typically write reviews, but I figured this one was needed. Everything was just plain good. Everything was super clean, everybody was really friendly, everything went so smoothly. Take for example the continental breakfast: not typically the best thing out there as far as breakfast goes, but this one was perfectly executed, clean, well serviced, etc. Literally the first time I’ve had scrambled eggs not scrambled to order that were not overcooked. They came in a little clamshell container...
