Cute and cozy home. Location is perfect :) Close to the local ski hills and lakes and Petoskey dining and shopping.

Boyne Highlands and Nubs Nob ski hills just 8 minutes away. Crooked Lake and boat launch is literally just down the road. Petoskey State Park beach within minutes. Easy access to the Petoskey to Mackinaw bike trail.

Newly remodeled in 2023. Come and stay and enjoy yourselves at our property. Long time VRBO owners of several properties. We make your stay as easy and comfortable as possible.

Come and enjoy a coffee on the front covered patio and explore what Petoskey has to offer - great shopping/dining/beaches/bike trails/boating/ski hills/etc.

2 bedrooms/ 2 full bathrooms. New queen beds. Room to sleep others if you bring an air mattress. Yes - we have WiFi and central A/C.
All bed linens and bathroom towels provided. Fully equipped new kitchen.
Sorry - no pets allowed. We do this to respect our cleaning crew, future guests and our neighbors.

Absolutely Perfect Getaway! We had an incredible experience at this property! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless and beautifully maintained. The home was even better than the photos—cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. The location was ideal—close to local attractions yet peaceful and private. This was truly one of the best stays we’ve ever had, and we can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

This modern property was a great location. Convenient to Petoskey State Park and across the street from Crooked Lake. Nice amenities including coffee maker, toiletries and fans in the rooms.

Our long weekend was perfect. Would definitely stay again. Only thing I would recommend is for wall mirrors to be put in the bedrooms other than that it was wonderful.

We had a lovely, cozy stay at this cute home. Everything was ready, clean, and worked with easy check-in and check-out. We ended the days with movie nights near the gas-powered stove, and just loved it. It was an easy to find home in a good location for home base! I hope we get to stay here again someday!

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was either newly renovated or newly built. It was done well. The kitchen was big. The rest, not so much, but we didnt need "big." Probably not the right place for really tall ppeople.

The house is as cute in person as it is online. You could smell it was clean when you walked in the front door which is a huge plus for me. Comfortable beds, and just all around cozy feel. Great communication with the owners. Easy check-in and check-out. I would definitely stay here again!

Great place for our girls weekend!
The house is newly remodeled. Both bedrooms are upstairs and the beds are very comfortable. It got a little hot at night, but if you open the windows, it was comfortable. Nice big table for playing games. It is convenient to everything we wanted to do, the state park, shopping, winery, casino and restaurants.

Close to ski hills!
We stayed here because it was close to Nub's Nob and The Highlands ski areas. This place was a short, 12-minute drive to Nub's. It was immaculately clean and newly updated. It's a great place to stay if you are skiing.

Stayed for a few nights and was very pleased with this house. The house is obviously old but nicely redone on the inside and outside. Everything felt new and clean when we stayed as this is a relatively new listing. You could tell that a lot of attention was given to all the details (night lights, towels, keys, fans, door locks that actually work and feel secure! It all made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Very nice, remodeled home
Well, organized, clean stay. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Great stay, accessible to Petoskey and Harbor Springs. 30 minutes from Mackinaw City. One caveat: both bedrooms are up some steep stairs. Keep that in mind if you have bad knees or accessibility issues. Additionally, low ceilings in the upstairs may prove challenging if you're very tall.
