"This place was not ideal for our family of four plus a dog. First impression was not good trying to check in. It’s all done online and through a third party website. I had to banter back and forth 12+ times with someone who sent me the link to the site that didn’t work well. The room and Bistro was nice enough, but the location and outside were not nice at all. We were not bothered by the noise of the trains/busses, but by people being VERY loud at night around the station, blaring music, being...

"Really enjoyed our mini break. Although many speak minimal English, Staff really helpful and will direct you to senior multilingual staff! Food was great. Dome obviously warm with tropical temperatures. External pool at the Amazonia was fun. I felt relaxed. Accommodation clean and homey! Bed and pillows should be updated to make it comfortable! Overall I will definitely go back. I will rate it very good! "

"Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr komfortabel und großzügig. Wir haben uns auf`s Angenehmste dort zwei Wochen aufgehalten. Sitzplätze auf dem Hof, nette und interessante Nachbarn - denn der Hof ist auch ein Kultur- und Begegnungsort und das gibt dem Ganzen noch einen besonderen Flair. Haustiere sind willkommen. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr sympathisch hilfsbereit und lädt auch mal zum Pflaumenkuchen ein!"

"Telefonisch leider niemand erreichbar. Die FAQs sind halt manchmal nicht ausreichend. Es wird an Personal, also am falschen Ende, gespart. Pfingstsonntag war leider nur die reguläre Öffnungszeit für Amazonia und die Rutschtürme. Leider schließen die Attraktionen zur selben Zeit, was lieber zeitversetzt erfolgen sollte. Ansonsten Campingplatz sehr gut und Anbindung auch."
