"Overall it has been nothing short of comfortable and lovely stay at Royale Chulan Damansara. I have been a returning guest for many years. The hotel property has shown signs of aging but nevertheless I believe have strived always to keep up with it's service and hospitality every way it can which is achievable only by excellent team of staffs. "The property is very close to the shopping mall and many eating outlets nearby. However, housekeeping was only done once during 6 nights of stay and this has to be informed to the staff or else nothing will be done. Room is so-so for the affordable price."

"The hotel was very basic but it had everything I needed. There was a restaurant nearby and a few convenience stores. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rates were very cheap given the locale. Wasn’t easy to get Grab or a taxi, but there was a nearby MRT station a 15-minute walk away. I would stay there again."
