"I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Armada. The room was very spacious and clean. TV had a decent variety of channels. No toothbrush was provised. This wasn't really a problem, but if I'd known this, I would have brought on with me."

"For the price we paid, we really don't have any complaints. Overall the property is older and not so well maintained. The lobby features are broken, the buttons on the lift are missing, and the TV only has 3 working channels. No teaspoon provided in the room either. But the staff are friendly and try to help as much as they can. I got the hotel because it came with a gym. The gym is very comprehensive but it didn't belong to the hotel. It was a private gym. So every time you want to go to the gym, you will need to go to the lobby and one of the staff will come with you to the gym to sign you in. Kind of a hassle. Not very accessible with a car so we had to get a grab everywhere we went. Unlikely that we would go back to the hotel."

"Overall it has been nothing short of comfortable and lovely stay at Royale Chulan Damansara. I have been a returning guest for many years. The hotel property has shown signs of aging but nevertheless I believe have strived always to keep up with it's service and hospitality every way it can which is achievable only by excellent team of staffs. Well done and keep it up! "
