"Room was nice, small but typical for European hotels. Air conditioner was on, but often it didn't feel like it (I'm also usually cold). Thermostat is controlled by office. We didn't complain though. Front office staff was friendly and helpful. Cleaning lady was great & kept room tidy. Local area of Montesilvano was kind of run down & didn't have many stores, but beach was nice. There is a grocery store & bike rental shop very close. Town of Pescara has more stores and is better kept. "

"The air conditioner did not work and went to the front desk staff 3 times problem was not resolved no compensation was offered and the hotel was full so no rooms available to switch in to. I would not stay here again "

"We love the closeness to the beach, the fact that we have access to bicycles to use, it is close to lots of bars, coffee shops and gelaterias. The staff is friendly and helpful. The trains are nosy but that is in every hotel on the main road of Pineto. When booking through Orbtiz the beach umbrellas were not included in the stay we had to pay extra for those.
