"The newly refurbished hotel is beautiful. The staff were so welcoming and nothing was any bother, they went out of their way to make our stay perfect. We had 3 rooms, each one was different, but all were stunning. The beds and bedding were very comfy. Everywhere was spotless clean. The attention to detail was so good. "Reception wasn’t very welcoming but that was sorted. Restaurant offerings are either a very expensive fine dining experience or a poor quality pub grub with very limited menu. Generally staff very helpful location very good and excellent potential but missing something "

"All was good except the tv remote. The batteries were held in with duct tape, which did nothing as you had to hold them in if you wanted the remote to work, hardly 4 star. Apart from that we both enjoyed our stay."
