She went the extra mile of sending the luggage to our room when we left the luggage with her for quick lunch on the day of arrival. "Overall great location for walking into the city. Kids loved the pool facilities. Rooms were a great size however the bathrooms could really do with an update/decent scrub. Walls were defiantly not soundproof as noted on the booking website with a loud TV next door on til late."

"We really liked the location-short walks to transportation, shopping, museums, dining, the Quay. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were spacious, the in-room laundry was a bonus. Unfortunately, the room, carpets and furniture were worn and should be replaced soon. In addition, our balcony overlooked the parking area and a small roof which had had garbage (including a bottle of urine) tossed up onto it, so that was our view.
