"Perfect location in Busselton. Located immediately behind the restaurants and cafes at Busselton jetty. A couple of blocks to walk into the shopping area ( 5 mins) Stunning views. Outstanding service. On my day of arrival the hotel was messaging me regarding my arrival time. When I arrived the room was ready for me. I have never had such great service in many years of travel- in many parts of the world. Wonderful. Thank you. "

"You go here for thr dolphins and on that score you will not be disappointed, grt a beach view room and you can sit on your balcony and watch them parade up and down in the shallows and thats before the dolphin experience events each morning. The staff are warm and friendly. The room is clean and tidy, a small quibble is the lack of power of the shower which means you never really clear the sand from your feet, because the shower tray is ne er flushed free of sand, so you trail sand across the floor and consta tly have to clear it off your feet before go to bed"
