"Our family returned to the family homestead in Farmington, PA to celebrate our 50th anniversary with almost 100 family and friends. We spent 5 nights in this house preparing for the party and it more than met our expectations. The hot tub was great on the cool autumn evenings. We found the owner to be extremely responsive to our questions and requests. We would definitely stay there again. "

"We liked this house, it met all of our needs, and had a wonderful woodsy view from the back deck and most of the windows. I would stay here again, and so would our friends. Things I loved about this house; Garage held split firewood for the firepit, at $5 bundle. Good stuff! They even had matches, firestarters, matches, and newspaper to build a blaze. So thoughtful. Many amenities in this home show a caring and thoughful hostess. We really appreciated that attention to detail. Loved...

"We booked this house for a ski weekend with friends. We had a wonderful stay and would love to come back again. The location is great as it was only 15 minutes from Seven Springs. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed to accommodate a large group. We spent most of our time gathered around the ginormous kitchen island. Sarah was super communicative and available as well to offer recommendations and answer any questions we had during our stay."

The hot tub has hot water, but minimal pressure. If you are expecting to be greeted by hotel staff, you won't. The continential breakfast is do-it-yourself coffee. Three stars."
