"This property was awesome. The location was great and the space and charm was very nice. We were only disappointed that only one bedroom had a TV. Please add Roku TVs to all rooms before our next visit. Also the downstairs tub drained really slow. We loved the sectional in the living room. Beds were very comfortable. It would be great if the deck to the hot tub reached the back door. We are already planning a summer trip back. Such a great place!"

"My husband and I needed a place to stay near family for Christmas, along with our (adult) niece and nephew, and our dog. Clark's house had plenty of room for all of us! We so appreciated the warm welcome we found when we arrived: bacon, eggs and bread for breakfast, and a local liquor to unwind after the drive! There was even a cute Christmas tree to get us in the holiday mood. Thank you, Clark! We will definitely be back! "

The neighbors were far enough away for it to feel relatively private and the large windows made us feel closer to nature. "We were down to visit family in the area and stayed just for a night. It was spotless and easy to find. The only complaint would be the traffic that fliessss up the road and the house is pretty close to the road so having little kids there would not be feasible but the property was nice and beds were comfortable!!"

"My family loved the history and charm of Victorian Orchard. We we so pleasantly surprised that the house was decorated for the holidays complete with a decorated tree and Christmas music playing! We even had a white Christmas as it snowed the first few days we were there. We had plenty of room for all the family who planned to stay. We hiked, visited Ft. Necessity and Braddocks grave, Kentuck Knob, Cucumber Falls and other beautiful vistas in Ohiopyle. Was a perfect Christmas! "
