"We loved our stay here. Mark and Kat were responsive and thoughtful hosts (a lovely cream tea welcomed us on arrival). The house had plenty of space for our large group. We liked the private and green location. And we were welcomed everytime we got back to the house by three super friendly dogs who we well in love with! "What a wonderful stay we had here. The house has everything you could need , the garden is relaxing , sunny & perfect for evening drinks & a BBQ. The house itself is fantastic , lots of nooks to escape to if your a large group , beds are really comfy & the kitchen is really well equipped. Plenty of room for all 8 of us ( 6 adults & 2 kids ). 5 mins drive to St Ives , lots of different beaches to choose from ,some as close as 5 mins drive , but all within 20 mins drives & all amazing. "Lots of instruction from the owner on how to get in and maintain the property etc. Property is very spacious and well maintained and has a beautiful view. Excellent communication from the owner too. Maybe would have liked to see some basics supplied such as tea and long life milk. Also as a tall person i hit my head on light fittings a few times, as well as the angled walls. Overall an excellent property."

"Comfortable, well equipped and in a great location for visiting busy Falmouth and beyond, while still enjoying some quiet winter calm and beautiful Cornish walks and scenery. We had breakfast on the deck one morning; a real treat in November! Great communication before during and after our stay. Thank you!"
