"Perhaps it's my fault for not reading the initial listing for Guest House 32 closely enough, but I was unaware the toilet and shower were shared. The Expedia listing is confusing because it clearly states: "Extra conveniences in all rooms include: Rainfall showers and hair dryers". Yet my room did not include a shower or a toilet and was right across the hall from the single shared toilet. Hotel Introvert, Sofia: quick review overview

"Safe and secure: Good central location. 2 minutes from a Tube stop. Busy enough area and quiet at night. Clean, modern hotel. Friendly staff, decent WiFi, good size TV, excellent stretch, yoga, pilates, meditation area on the top floor: free coffee, teas and mineral water, modern building services, free secure lockers on the ground floor for luggage storage: All in all, a well run hotel. "

Modern and upgrade palatial hotel

"Very friendly and professional front-desk. Check-in was easy (6pm on a Friday). A nice, comfortable and clean hotel. I like the modern upgrades of this vintage hotel. Location is at the center of town, steps away from the Metro station, and walking distance to the sights. "

Highly recommended

"Art Hotel is very clean and comfortable. The staff is extremely attentive, helpful, and friendly. There is a parking lot nearby, but it would be better if they partnered with a specific parking facility to offer reasonable parking rates. There were no hotel slippers in my room— a small but important detail. As a result, it is a hotel where I would definitely want to stay again on my future visits to Sofia. I highly recommend it to everyone."
