"I booked and paid for a 1 bedroom apartment, but got a studio instead, because “we were only 2 people”. The TV didn’t work. The guy who met us at the spot was extremely grumpy and not friendly at all. Apartment condition was ok. "

Inside we had a big living room with 2 sofas and everything for kitchen. There is a huge frige. The bedroom was nice and the beds comfortable.Everything squeaky clean. "We have a very late arrival flight so self check-in was a great option. The room is spacious and clean, the beds are comfortable and the bathroom is very convenient. Great location! The only drawback - we arrived at 1 a.m. in the winter and the heating in the room was not switched on, so it took some time to warm up the room. We managed to turn the heater by ourselves, however it would be better if there are some (printed) instructions about this for other late guests or the management turn on...

"Well equipped and spotless. Excellent instructions for A/C, coffee maker etc. A little noisy due to local building work and landing flight-path for Sofia Airport, but the double glazed doors/windows easily reduced the noise to tolerable levels and certainly didn't interfere with sleep."
