"We rented this cabin for a 4 day weekend so we could quickly get to Escanaba for my 7 year old to play hockey. It was perfect for our family of 4. We also thought it would be cool to access Little Bay De Noc easily for ice fishing. It was absolutely perfect for this. We caught walleye and perch just out front on the 2nd reef. We would definitely stay again and will be recommending our friends with small family’s as well. "

The host was amazing and responded to our last minute request to stay and also made arrangements for parking our trucks and trailers nearby in a secure area. The sleeping accommodations met our needs, although ttwo of the rooms lacked good heating for winter lodging"

"Lovely, peaceful setting, very relaxing. Close to attractions in Munising. Comfortable. Must read owners' description very literally. I.e., ""stove top" means range top, no oven; "TV" means tv and VCR, no cable or broadcast access. (We did enjoy some of the old VHS and DVDs provided). Better directions to house would have helped especially after dark. We'd rent this location again."

"We came for a lityle getaway to relax and wind down between a busy summer and the start of our daughter's senior year. We couldn't have found a more perfect spot. Both cottages were just as described and the seperate bunkhouse was perfect for the teenagers to have their own space. The little deck over looking the river was the perfect spot to sit with a glass of wine and abook. Deb was very communicative and checked in to be sure we had everything we needed.
