"This camp was perfect for our moose hunt. You can literally see the access road to the North Maine Woods from the driveway. Plenty of parking, and great view of Portage Lake. The camp was exceptionally clean and well furnished. Beds were comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again."

"Nice house to stay in Very well equipped and nice location The motion sensor lights on the deck were a bit of a pain and could not be turned off. A lack of shades and or curtains down stairs was the other thing. But all in all a very comfortable place to stay "

"Was stationed at the air force base 40 years ago. Never knew Echo Lake existed. Finding this cabin, on a lake, across from Aroostook State Park was amazing. Even the neighbor was so friendly. It was just the two of us this time. Would love to bring family back to this property as it could house all of us. Fall colors were just kicking in. No eagle sighting in the nest, maybe next time. Special place to stay and location was perfect to return to at the end of each days activities."
