Bought water at the bar downstairs which is great and also top up my hot water flask there. Facing courtyard and it was noisy at night.one of the two nights I stayed there we got woken up at 3am by false fire alarm but there was no staff coordinating the crowd or explaining what was happening at all at the lobby- in true student dorm spirit. Would stay only as last resort looking for nothing but a bed to sleep in."

"Close to staion for Malpensa Express and metro, also tram stop outside. A short stroll to the start of a pedestrianised road filled with outdoor bars and restaurants. A modern shopping centre next to staion. Also very close and within walking distance to the main central area sites. Hotel is new, clean and staff very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was superb."
