"The hotel advertises parking for $36 a day, but it's actually a parking garage not owned by the hotel, and difficult to find. Ended up having to valet for $50 because I couldn't find the hotel parking (turns out, there wasn't one). If people talk in the hallways, you can easily hear them in your room."

"This is one of the nicest looking hotel I've stayed at accross the country. From the Waldorf Astoria to Beverly Hilton this hotel is grand. While Cleveland is not "New York City or Beverly Hills" the proximity of this hotel to so many great venues in this friendly city was a truly great experience. From Playhouse Square, to East 4th Street, to the Flat and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame - this is a trip worth making again. "

"We actually had planned on staging at an Air B&B, but it was horrible so we needed somewhere to stay for 3 days that was close and had rooms. Expedia was a great help getting us a deal and we ended up loving the hotel. The couches and fireplace in the lobby were our favorite. A nice place to read a book. The complimentary coffee in the morning was also above average. The other thing we loved was how close it was to everything, we didn’t move our car for 3 days. Very pleased with everything. "

"The front desk staff were not the friendliness. I feel you could have more towels and wash clothes in the bathroom. When you ask for more you’re treated like you just stuffed 3 in your suitcase. "

"The hotel is in the entertainment district and there are quite a few dining/bar options available. It is within about a 20 minute walk to the football, baseball, and basketball stadiums, although late at night that walk might be less than safe, I don't know. "
