"The welcome by the front of the house staff was superb. Very friendly and helpful and gave excellent recommendations for local restaurants and cafes. Booking in was quick and efficient. Room was lovely. Fabulous hot shower. Walking distance 5 /10 minutes to John Lewis which you can see from the hotel. 10 minute walk to Central station. Lots of cafes/restaurants/bars close by. We had a drink in the hotel bar which is very nice decor. Prices reasonable for a hotel. The bar staff were miserable and not friendly. At 9pm staff started setting the bar area up for breakfast which did not do anything for the relaxing atmosphere. Apart from this the hotel is wonderful and I would definitely recommend. "

"I stayed at Radisson Red in Liverpool as it was next to train station and close to Empire Theatre ,where I went to see Blood Brothers.The hotel was immaculate.The rooms were clean and had everything you needed.The staff were so friendly and helpful.They couldn't do enough for me when I became ill.Best hotel I have stayed in "
