We felt pampered throughout our stay, especially with the phenomenal spa and kids' club that catered to all our needs. Our room was impeccable, offering the perfect blend of comfort and luxury. One of the highlights for my daughter was the amazing towel creations crafted by Oman. She was always excited to see what new creation awaited us each day! I must also commend the fantastic team at the lounge. Widali, Sapitri, Neisani, and Elta went above and beyond to ensure every guest felt special. Their friendly demeanor and attentive service made dining a delightful experience, and they were always ready with great recommendations and warm smiles. "This was my absolute favourite stay in Bali. Bambootel is a luxurious, boutique, serene and romantic experience. They truly take care of you from start to finish, and they care about making your experience the best it can possibly be. They learn your names and make you feel like a VIP the whole time. We did the private movie and supper night, Balinese massages, and floating breakfast in our villa. All three were the epitome of extraordinary and special. I would highly recommend all three! Our villa was spotless and we were so pleased with the cleanliness. The restaurant had amazing cocktails and fantastic food. The resort feels extremely safe and like you are in a small little community away from the business of the world. Highly recommend this stay. Can't wait to come back someday!"

"The property is beautifully tucked within the village with the ocean at our doorstep! We were greeted with by the friendly staff and a welcome drink. The food was fabulous! The Chef came out and chatted with us. He was warm and friendly, like the entire team. The rooms were unique with the bamboo impressed architecture with mountain and ocean views. It was the peaceful escape we had hoped for. The drive there was complete sensory overload in the most delightful way, lush foliage bursting with village life throughout our 3.5 hour drive. It was a fantastic first impression of Bali for us!"

"Loved the staff, absolutely amazing. Great location if you are a scuba diver and want to chill after you have finished diving. Diving staff are inhouse and are brilliant. Hotel also arranged a trip for us and it was really good, great driver and vehicle, had a great time."

"This is the most amazing hotel I’ve ever been to. With the exception of the pool. They have a great opportunity to redo the pool as an outdoor cliffside pool with amazing views. They missed the boat on that one. But the rest of the property is 10 out of 5 stars. Absolutely beautiful. Caution: for elderly that don’t like stairs. There are lots of stairs."
