"The property itself was very clean, new carpets, kitchen, clean bed and linen. Well maintained lawn and plants nice surroundings. It's the facilities that looks dated. There were No exhaust fans in kitchen and toilet. Fridge freezer and basic utensils in kitchen were very handy. The advertised picture shows 2 level house with a triangle shaped but the property given to us was a terraced property which I would not have surely booked if shown on the website so that bit is misleading. "Firstly this was my second stay and I was not offered a free room upgrade as they advertise for their rewards plan. Upon arrival we was checking in and the guy at the desk told us the keys are in the door, we went around to the small building and there was no keys, the maintenance man (who was very nice) had to come and climb into the window, whilst he was doing this we realised the bench at the front of the cabin was completely disintegrating. "The Caravan wasn't clean on handover. Hob was dirty. Shower dirty. Floor really dirty. Accidentally split a drink on floor when i cleaned it up the cloth was absolutely filthy. Beds uncomfortable mattress so hard. Sorry wont be staying again "

"Nice friendly staff, site very well kept, properties were a bit tired but nice and clean on arrival but no towels are supplied so suggest bringing your own, bed's are not made up and you are expected to strip them on the day you leave, the cooker was not easy to work as it was old and most of the marks on the dials had worn off. I would recommend staying here."
