"Beautiful cabin and location! The fall colors around the lake made it the perfect fall spot. Less than an hour drive to Acadia and short trip to Bangor for restaurants, but still has that secluded cabin feeling. At the cabin we took advantage of the kayaks, fishing poles, hammock, firepit, and appreciated the welcome goodies. The lake is amazing with crystal clear water. We also hiked up Mt. "Great property! Loved having two dwellings because our dogs can be unruly around other humans. We stayed in the apartment while my brothers family and our mom stayed in the main house. The house was great. There is no tub, which was hard with a 2-year-old. The apartment was ok. A fruit fly infestation in the apartment made drinking red wine impossible, unless you like a little protein in your drink. The owner, Josh, was amazing! Very helpful and friendly. "Our 2nd stay was as perfect as the first. We even cooked a full Thanksgiving meal for our college student and had everything we needed. It is so restful there; we aren't ready to leave when we need to return home and to work, but we're definitely rested up. Thank you for a terrific place to stay in Bangor. "

"This is a new place. It’s clean and in great shape. It’s right on the river. There is a really nice covered patio to sit and enjoy it. It would be even better if some of the trees were either cut or trimmed so you could see the river. The only real negative is the road noise. The bedrooms all face the road and you can definitely hear the cars throughout the night and especially in the morning."

The Maine house easily accommodated us for meals, games, and hanging out. The cabins were great to spread out at night. We look forward to a repeat stay! "

"In Maine visiting UMaine Orono. Property had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. House had plenty of room, 2nd floor bed was comfortable. Close to campus, restaurants, and the view of the lake was lovely. Some aesthetic aspects of the home appeared unfinished/in progress, but this did not negatively affect our stay. Thank you!!"

"Stayed at this property for multiple days on a trip with my partner. 0 issues what so ever & communication with the host was great. This would be a great place to stay for family coming to visit a student. Set back enough where you won’t get unnecessary noise from parties and such but still well within easy walking distance to the center of town for all of the restaurants. "This is an old house that has been renovated and it's so well done! The downstairs is unique and quirky and we loved it. The kitchen has everything you could need. The downstairs bedroom and attached bath/laundry room was perfect for my sister-in-law.
