"Very convenient location, but parking can be tricky- especially at peak times. Big plus- dog friendly The hotel is quite dated inside. We did not eat there, we ate out. A great base if you like being out and about. Our room was close to the lift so early morning and late in the evening, we could hear the comings and goings. Tv and hairdryer in the room a bonus Overall, good value for money. "

"We loved our stay at Fistral Beach Hotel & Spa. Loved being able to use the spa facilities and the room was modern and cosy with a selection of teas, coffees and shortbread. The hotel is good walking distance into Newquay town and the route via the golf course is lovely. The restaurant offers great views of Fistral Beach. They have a cute photo booth just by the elevator which was a nice touch. Only thing I would say is the heating was whacked up for winter so the room was boiling but luckily...

Service was good, staff very efficient, parking OK. However a couple of things let it down, the bedroom is secondary glazed, one complete pane of glass was completely missing from an outer window, no explanation given and if not repaired it could have been boarded over. "Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink....
