"Since the beginning of my stay I have been calling the management team as well as the financial team to receive receipts for my stay and both entities have been very unhelpful and stopped responding to emails and answering the phone. This has been ongoing for my entire 23-day stay and still has not been resolved. When I arrived to the location, there were many windows left open so the villa had many mosquitos and bugs inside. When the cleaning company came I asked if they can close all windows...

"Im Großen und Ganzen sehr schöne 2 Wochen. Wir hatten die Hoffnung, dass man die knapp 2km auch mal zu Fuß an den Strand laufen kann. Allerdings schaffen das nur Hartgesottene, da es keinen Gehweg gibt. Mit Kindern oder Surfboard leider nicht möglich. Wenn man genauer hinschaut, merkt man, dass das Haus schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Grundsätzlich ist es aber sehr gut ausgestattet und der kleine Pool macht v.a. den Kids viel Spaß, gerade bei 30 Grad+"

"Everything with the house was ok. The house is nice, spacious and a place in the garden to relax. The stay was successful. Everyone was happy."

"A nice villa in an excellent location for all the excellent beaches, but in need of some upgrading. External Walls need painting, some of the bathrooms need updating and the dishwasher and toaster didn’t work. The owners did get someone in immediately to repair the dishwasher , but it still leaked when they had gone."

"Our family stayed here at the very end of our Portugal trip. This house was perfect for all of us ranging in age from 8 to 88. It is a lovely home and very clean. There is an elevator that helped the older people and of course the children loved the ping pong table and pool. "De woning op zich was prima, ruim genoeg en schoon. Ik vind de prijs kwaliteit verhouding te groot, zo is er geen tuin bij de woning. Wel een klein terras met weinig privacy, het mooie uitzicht wordt compleet tenietgedaan door een dorre heg.Verder waren er 2 kleine theedoeken(?) dat is echt te weinig voor 2 weken verblijf..ook geen vuilniszakken op voorraad,geen vaatwastabletten extra. Dat zijn toch de extra dingen die je mag verwachten voor de prijs die gevraagd wordt voor deze woning.Het...

"Other than: the freezing pool (can’t use), need to change the laundry detergent (the towel smell wasn’t good) and the road in, All other aspects of our stay was absolutely perfect, the property and all other services was at expectations level and higher. We’ll definitely come back with friends."
