"Great staff!!! Extremely helpful and frankly, they give you honest opinions on the area and things to do. I got sick for a day and they were helpful in getting me to the hospital which was about 7-10 minutes away. Our room was good but some rooms are more modern so ask for a more modern one if available.. if not, it's still great rooms. I had an issue with AC and they fixed it. Please tip these folks.. they deserve it! Thanks for a wonderful stay! "

"This is the beautiful place I've ever stayed. The pools are in lush jungle. The breakfast was fantastic, both in quality and selection. The service was 12/10.
