"This “hotel” is on the second floor. As you exit the arrival haul there are two elevators to your left. Go to the second floor and Passgo is right there. Very convenient. They have lockers or will store your bags in their back room. Staff was friendly and efficient. All felt very secure. Bathrooms were clean and spacious. I arrived late and didn’t want to hassle with late night transportation. It was perfect. "

"Probably the only property in the whole world where there are cameras in the rooms! An utter violation of individual privacy. This is illegal as they could spy on you whenever they want. This is illegal in most countries- I do not know in Indonesia, but they are doing it casually like the safety of your locker in the room is justifiable. They must take the cameras inside the rooms away- it is preposterous!"

"It was such a fantastic place to stay! Thanks! Maybe it's worth removing the "sound proof" from the website, as there was none in the floor of my capsule. Pretty loud when people move around. Other than that, wonderful! I would still stay here again! "

"The villa is perfectly located to be away from the main road noise and easy access to all the walks around the area and spoilt for choice for eating venues. You are close to neighbours (although cannot see them) who can spoil the serenity if they are inconsiderate and noisey - especially at night time. The design of the villa is excellent with open seating area and kitchen and air conditioned bedrooms with lovely open air bathrooms.. perhaps a little timely refresh of some of the furnishings and...

"You cannot beat this hotel for value and quality. The grounds are beautifully kept, the pool is huge, with a pool bar and daily aquarobics. The staff go out of their way to make your holiday the best it can be. There are planned daily activities and evening entertainment every day. There is a choice of great restaurants onsite, but also in the surrounding area. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I've ever had, with a huge and varied choice daily. It is not far from the airport, so no need to sit for hours in the legendary Bali traffic. There is a boardwalk at the back of the hotel and you can walk right into the heart of Kuta from there. It is also an iconic location to witness the glorious evening sunsets. Great place to stay!"
