"I'm not sure why this hotel is rated so highly. I would call it just so-so. The rooms are in bad need of updating, and it took forever for the heater to warm the room. Perhaps it's the best thing in San Fernando? I was hoping that since the property had a conference center the staff would speak English, however that was not the case. The staff were extremely nice however. The breakfast consisted of cold meats, cheeses, pies and pastries, and instant coffee. Not the best, however when I asked...

"El lugar es muy lindo, la ubicación es muy buena. El desayuno muy completo y delicioso. La administradora muy atenta ( Claudia), muy preocupada por todo. Las trabajadoras un poco desatentas de las normas covid, en cuanto al no uso de mascarillas. "
