"What an incredible place to stay. The view doesn’t get any better than this. It was a little slice of heaven relaxing by the pool and staring at the sea. This place is a short drive to old Nice and the beaches, providing a place to rest after playing all day. We can’t say enough good stuff about Rose. She’s friendly, generous, and very helpful. She met us as we arrived and made sure we were settled in properly. She was always available to answer questions and even brought us mini croissants...

"The apartment is well-decorated and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. There is plenty of space inside and out. The two patio areas are great for relaxing and the outdoor kitchen area is ideal for eating when the weather is very hot. The pool is beautiful and so is the view. "We booked the property for its convenient location to the sports stadium as we were watching matches in the rugby world cup. We had a warm and friendly greeting from Julie. The property is compact but very pretty. The facilities are good, nice coffee machine though a kettle for tea would have been useful. "What should have been a perfect week, turned into a disaster with a contaminated pool, which the owner had known about but didn't warn us and a dirty house. Both issues were flagged up to both the owner and VRBO at the time, but 2 months later, we are still waiting for even a gesture of compensation. The property promised so much and could have been wonderful, but with the owner abroad, things had obviously slipped, including the gardens which were overgrown and scruffy. The area is wonderful...

"It is about 2 acres in size, with an attached 2 bedroom apartment on two stories. The landlady is very friendly and helpful. There is always something that isn’t perfect for everyone but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. One of the best experiences was the ability to take the cayak and paddle down the river for about a mile to reach the beach "

"Pure magic! This little house is absolutely perfect in every way. It is beautifully appointed and decorated, the bed is incredibly comfortable, and the privacy and serenity of the position amongst the peach orchards is something rarely found so close to the coast.
