"We have stayed here many times with variable opinions each time. The location is fabulous but the place is beginning to look tired and in need of a good refurbishment, especially the bathrooms. It is a large property and the inflated price reflects the location not the property itself, considering you only get one set of towels per person, have to strip beds and clean at the end of the stay otherwise you are charged. "This park of rental apartments was taken over recently by Vacance soleil. They renamed it to "résidence club" to give the impression that it's more than a rental apartment. It's not. The apartments are ok but old fashioned (with only some newly build) and the swimmingpool is way to small for the amount of apartments (125 apartments vs 60 beds around the pool). The food is also very average. Nevertheless the location is magnificent. The "re-branding" is done clearly done for commercial reasons...
