"Service and rooms were great! The problem was the restaurant….2 of 3 days okay for breakfast, last day everything was salty; awful for dinner, made 2 tries and regretted it. Angelica gave us a massage to my wife and I….very relaxing. Also great attention from Paco (lifeguard), he provided kayaks and paddle boards to use at the lake."

"We never got a true confirmation or check in information for this property. When we called VRBO (very difficult from abroad) they said this was a false listing (my daughter had to do this in the states as it was too difficult form afar). We eventually was reimbursed but we had to scramble to find a new place late a night on our own."

"Nice location right on the lagoon. The pods are good - there’s lights, electric sockets and a fan. The openings to our pod were ripped and the zip handles damaged and a little difficult to open and close. The light breakfast was good. "

"Our family of four adults enjoyed our stay at Villas Karalv. The owners lived right on the property and were very friendly and accommodating. The room was a good size, the bathroom on the small size. The A/C worked great. Water pressure is low but it worked out fine for us. There is a mini frig, 2 burners for cooking, which we did not do, and a coffee maker, nice size patio with table and chairs. The beds were comfortable.
