"Check in was a breeze. We were greeted by a snack basket when we walked in the door and the kids couldn't wait to pop the popcorn and relax after our travel. The weather outside never got over 32 degrees for our entire stay so we weren't able to take advantage of the lake and boat, but the cabin was cozy and never had any issues with pipes freezing or anything like that even when the temperature dipped down to 9 degrees. "This was great for our trip back home to visit family. It was quiet and tastefully decorated. The portable cooktop could probably stand to be replaced, but it was still pretty functional and suited our needs for occasionally cooking our own meals."

"The property is beautiful. The pool area is large with shady and sunny areas. We brought extra chairs. The ballroom provided a cool area for setting up the cornhole game we brought. All ages enjoyed playing pool. Various games were available for both children and adults. We had no trouble finding things we enjoyed doing. There was no working ice maker on the property.
