Only about a 10 minute walk from train station and most places walkable but also lots of buses if you want to explore. "We visited Broughty Ferry as I still have family there. I was born and brought up in Dundee and latterly my parents moved to Broughty Ferry to live. As we now live in the Midlands it is very difficult for us to visit very often but we had a most enjoyable stay at the Estuary Apartment. And would definitely book it again if and when we visit Broughty Ferry"

"The apartment was very nice — spacious, comfortable, and clean. The two levels worked well for our three-generation group, and the location was really nice for its access to town. One of us just had knee surgery and that made the climb to the apartment a little difficult; other than that, things were perfect."

"Could not recommend this accommodation enough - a real hidden gem! Massive, secure 2 bedroom apartment in a wider bunkhouse complex which was, when we stayed, not occupied. Only 5 mins drive from Kirriemuir and so quiet and peaceful - in the heart of the countryside. Comms were great and all mod cons throughout including WiFi, TVs in all rooms and even a starter hamper! Will definitely book again. The dog loved the outdoor space which is literally ‘on your doorstep’! A+"

"Super flat in a lovely, perfect location for town amenities and for dogs. Flat was very well equipped with modcons including Wifi and Netflix. For some reason I could not get free view on the TV so in between Netflix films I was watching NBNews and AfricanNews! Really recommend this property for a holiday in Edzell."

"Great house in the middle of the fields. You have everything you need. We didn’t use kitchen tools but it seemed to be fool. we used the fireplace as an attraction although it was not so cold these days it was great for an evening together. the bed is uncomfortable with a spring mattress. the sewerage and ventilation in the shower worked poorly. 10/10 for accommodation atmosphere and cleanliness."
