It sits in a great, grassy yard with plenty of bright light and has a terrific, large deck on the front. The golf cart ride to all beaches is short and lovely!"

"The little “camp” was spotless, the decor modern and impressive, attention to every detail and comfort well-thought out, and amenities numerous. There were cozy spots for reading or gazing out at the lake. The deck allowed for serious star-gazing. The location is quiet, yet a short drive from bustling Portland or quieter towns. I enjoyed kayaking on the lovely, clear, clean lake, as well as long walks on the camp roads. Check-in/checkout was a breeze. An idyllic getaway!!"

"Owner should get new cleaners. House smelled like dog urine. Bathroom smelled like human urine. Had to clean floors and bathroom…lots of dirt…not sure the last time floors were I’m mopped. Dog hair on sheets. Beds were not comfortable so be prepared. Parking is a challenge. One paid parking spot in front ($36/day). Can park super close to house for 2nd spot. Owner not very responsive. Had to constantly message for arrival info and didn’t get it until 10 mins after checkin time. No instructions...

"We had a wonderful visit to OOB to finish off our summer. The cottage is a quick walk to the beach and pier. It was very clean and comfortable for the four of us to relax and recharge in between swimming, playing mini-gold, and enjoying the amusement park."

"We loved the cottage, moved in very late day so didn’t notice the floors till sunny next morning…..the floors had never been vacuumed. Other than that, we really liked the cottage."

"What a wonderful stay. The views were absolutely amazing. Kitchen well equipped. We bought live lobsters just $10 a lb from Hannafords (try also the French baguette) just 12 min drive and cooked them, clams and corn all in the steamer provided. Lounge seating very comfortable. Cooks corner area has everything incl Walmart superstore. David was a wonderful host. Could not speak too highly of him. He came out late at night when I could not work something out."

"The fridge had old food in the draws, and the tv in the bedroom wouldn't turn on. The cottage did have a few spiderwebs. However itbwas in a great location!"

"This property was spectacular! Beautiful views, clean, spacious and comfortable. Great space to share with a larger group. The Host was very responsive. It was an amazing experience even in the winter. "

"This place was very accommodating. Loved the welcome bottle of Chardonnay and the convenient Keurig coffee maker with a good assortment of coffee and tea. Perfect wrap-around porch with lovely views for morning coffee. We especially loved the short walk to the Niblic for "elevenses" - second breakfast. Perfect spot for family get-together on Chebeague."
