"Clean and spacious rooms for a city central hotel. Staff was pleasant, especially bar tender at Courier restaurant attached. Indoor pool and workout areas were kept well. Outdoor running track and tennis is a nice bonus. Comfortable lobby area to hang out with family/friends. "

"Our room was nice but we stayed in winter and our heat didn’t work. We only stayed one night and after mentioning the heat issue in the morning to the hotel they didn’t bother to offer any sort of concession. The don’t find that to be professional. Stayed there numerous times but lately I feel the customer service isn’t up to par. Our bartender at dinner didn’t take our order or even offer drinks until after 15 minutes of sitting at the bar - a bit clueless. Pretty hotel but as I said I think...
