"Booked a stay. Did not receive any check in details. Reached out to host via phone call and text and host phone was disconnected. Reached out on VRBO and no response. VRBO tried reaching host 2 within a 5 hour period and no response. Check in came and went, no response from host until 2 hours after check-in where host canceled reservation claiming an issue with my age, which I am well above 18 years old. Poor business practices and horrendous communication. "

"My stay was ok the property was clean except the sink because the water pipes was messed up so the sink would fill up with water and run over on the floor the back door did not lock when we 1st arrived to the place they had to come fix it overall the area was nice to stay in "

"Listed as entire house and was basement apartment. Private entrance could be left for interpretation as you have to park in shared space and walk across front of propery to get to basement. Nothing private about that. Could hear people walking and talking during walkthrough. Pool and pool area were not clean. Did not stay at property."

"My stay here was great. I liked how close a lot of things were and everything the property owner provided. There were things that were a little dirty (a dish and the shower), but that didn’t ruin the experience for me. There were a few spiders but that is expected when there’s a huge forest around. When I needed help, getting in contact with someone was very easy. I definitely would stay here again!"
