"The first room we got assigned had no towels, a dirty shower and missed pillow cases. The reception said that housekeeping couldn’t come back to clean and we were assigned another room. It appeared that it was cleaned but the airconditioning wasn’t working in this room. This property is old, not maintained (leaking air conditioning in the hallways) or cleaned (dirty carpets) . Staff didn’t even care when I told them I had a terrible stay upon check out. They just smiled. When paying 300 Euros...

"What a delightful hotel. The rooms were modern, stylish, clean as a whistle and well equipped. The building is equally stylish and well maintained. We didn't eat in the dining room as it was very busy but crossed the road to a restaurant clearly popular with the locals where I enjoyed the best Cafe Gourmand of my life, for a very reasonable price. "No washcloths, no coffee second day, coffee maker worked poorly, food was left in microwave, rules for using kitchenware was extra charges if not cleaned and put away. No dish liquid soap provided. We did not need kitchenette and when reserving online did not indicate it. Can't call front dedk with room phone had to use cell phone.No shampoo and conditioner. Hair dryer button had to be held down entire time. I would not recommend this hotel. Made for not a perfect vacation. "
