"We had a great time in Pawhuska for the 4th of July at the rooster house! Bruce gave us lots of information about the area and always checked in to see if we needed anything. The house was clean, cool, well decorated and so comfortable. Having a sink in every room was wonderful! We will definitely stay here again!"

"The home was nice. We wish we had known that one of the bedrooms was upstairs. There was plenty of room for the 7 of us. There was a plumbing issue and it was being worked on. Bruce was wonderful to communicate with. He told us places to go and to eat. Pawhuska was a perfect trip for our group."

"We got in after dark. The lock was easy to find and easy to use. Unfortunately it was raining. The ground was very muddy so we spent most of it indoors. Did have a chance to go to the lake and check it out. It is real close and had some hiking trails(too muddy to try). But we did do some rock collecting. The cabin was cute and the backyard would have been great if it hadn’t rained. We had a good time."

"This is a quiet little space in a quiet little town. Its a very "vintage" home, but dont let that discourage you from renting this lovely home. Beds are super comfortable, immaculately clean & comfortable. I had to contact owners directly as the Evolve team was lousy at communication. Owner was lovely and accomodating!! Thanks for a wonderful place to stay!"

"We enjoyed the neighborhood and large deck. We were. A bit surprised that the couches advertised to be beds weren’t beds at all. Just couches. The description says sleeps 10 but there were 3 twin beds 1 king and 1 queen ..that’s 7 not 10. The large sectional can be used to sleep on but it’s still not a bed. Might need to rethink the wording on that. Other than that…the kitchen was well stocked and everything was comfortable And clean! I would suggest adding some sheets and blankets for extra...
