This home is so homey. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood, it is so unique and beautiful inside. The beds are so comfortable, and we all slept great. The host was so responsive, and very quick at responding to me when I reached out to him. We will definitely be back.

Great location, house and environment. Would stay again.
We had a great time. Perfect place for a quick get-away. John was responsive and quick in his correspondence. The house was clean and very close to town. Would definitely stay again.
The house was perfect for the 6 of us! It was clean and the location was super convenient to get to all the places we wanted to visit!! Check in and check out were easy! If we come back this way we will for sure stay here again! The host was very quick to respond and great to work with!!

It was great! The home was clean, neat, all essentials for cooking our meals were provided. The property was very nicely landscaped and neighborhood was vwey quiet. Close to downtown. We had a pleasant stay and would come back again.
The house was perfect! Clean and conveniently located. Loved the pull through drive. Everything was charming and well put together. The beds were SO COMFORTABLE. We’ll definitely stay here again!
The check in process was easy, the house was clean and as advertised. My sister's and I explored the town during the day and in the evening we played cards and laughed and relaxed. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.
This was a great stay! The house is spacious and wonderful!
My parents and I agreed that the beds were all too soft for us. Besides the bed, the living room furniture was very worn and not very comfy.
That being said, we would still definitely stay here again!
We were in Pawhuska for my parents memorial and the house was perfect for our needs. Very clean and walking distance to the downtown area and the Pioneer Woman Mercantile. Good food and coffee there, by the way. Great Communication with John and would stay there again!
The home itself was very nice, neat, clean and perfect for use as our weekend "cabin" in town. I have no complaints at all about the accommodations - had everything we needed to make our own meals, sleep comfortably, watch the game on TV, etc. Yes, the neighborhood is run down and sketchy at first glance. No one bothered us nor paid any attention to us. Lots of dogs across the street barking when you arrive, but you don't hear them inside. None of this the owner could do anything about so I hate mentioning it, but this is a review so I'll point out the few flaws. I would have like to have been able to check-in earlier than 4pm, but did not find a way to contact the owner to request that as an option. We do plan to stay there again in the future in spite of the flaws mentioned. The house was very comfortable and clean.
