"Our last stopover of our holiday before getting the ferry from Calais. The area was very busy. A lot of shops, restaurants and a hyper market, handy if you need to fill up for your onward journey. Check in was easy by a very pleasant man. I had to pay for our dog, €5 per night. He changed our room to a larger one as we had the dog. Normally down graded !!! The room was comfortable, especially when we got the heating on. The bed was huge bigger than a king size and comfy. Bathroom was adequate. Huge shower cubicle, sink and toilet. Breakfast was ok you could have as much or little of what was on offer. All in all it served a purpose for 3 travellers and if needed to would return. "

"This is quite an old Campanile, which hasn't been refurbished in many years. The walls (woodchip) could do with a decent clean.The rooms show signs of smoke stains too. "

"We were warmly welcomed and given plenty of information about what to do and where to go. You will need a car because there is not much within walking distance. "

"On arrival hot tub disgusting not fit to use, however this was rectified quickly and sorted on the Monday. 1st floor toilet out of order meaning guest had to use toilet on other floors which was very inconvenient with children. Curtain poles in bedroom fell down every time a window was opened or closed. No lamps worked in that bedroom and several light bulbs were not working throughout the property. It was very dark downstairs lighting could do with upgrading. No hand basin in downstairs toilet. Pool cleaned on Wednesday evening but equipment left in situ until 1pm the following day. The actual pool was very nice. Clean bed linen and comfortable beds. Kitchen well equipped Not a problem for us but no English speaking TV channels. Overall property was clean but many cobwebs . Information booklet provided was comprehensive apart from recycling info as insufficient bins to match the guide and black sacks not big enough for bins. Spacious living accommodation for 14 and the secure pool gate was excellent. Friendly customer personnel "

"Wonderful artwork is available for purchase from the very creative mind of the owner’s husband. The kitchen was well supplied and the outdoor space is exceptional. The stairs are quite steep and the children’s beds are softer and were better for us (sore backs). The yard (and home) is absolutely beautiful. The light chimes from the local church (silenced at night) added to the ambience of bird chirping…"
