"Because the property is located less than a mile from the intersection of 45 and 2 it makes all local fishing easily accessible. The home is clean and well maintained. The owners offer great support, plentiful towels, a good TV channel selection, and complimentary coffee. The driveway has an entrance and exit making boat parking easy. While one can occasionally hear some road noise it is minimal. I could go on but suffice to say, I plan on renting the property again as it suits all of my needs and more."
