There is a fully equipped kitchen and the dining room overlooking a wildflower meadow with panoramic views of Lac Vieux Desert. There is an extensive library with thousands of books for historical research. An addition to the house is made from salvaged logs from hand hewn 1840s log cabin brought to Michigan from Indiana. The house is complete with handicapped friendly accessibility, 2 1/2 baths and fresh bedding . Ample parking for trailers and pontoon available for rent on Lacvieuxdesert. Pets are considered.
