"It was a very cute, quiet condo. The area is pretty dark at night though. Walking from the car to the unit was dark on the path with steps. Inside was nice, but we could have used kleenex and paper towels. There were very few bath towels. One in each bathroom. They were fairly small too. The towels. Overall pretty comfortable though for one night. "

"We initially had some small difficulties getting the code and instructions, but I think it was the vrbo website and not tge host. It all worked out. The evap cooling system did not cool the back bedroom very well. There were no coffee filters, which made brewing coffee a challenge. Would have been nice to have a dinette set on the porch for eating outside to enjoy the incredible views. Overall, it was a great stay at a great location within easy walk to all of the tasting rooms and restaurants....

"Loved our stay. looking to relocate to Prescott and we were very impressed. Staying at this beautiful apartment made us even give thought to investing downtown. you would never know as it’s exceptionally private and quiet. didn’t hear a thing and it is divided into a few apartments. would stay her again for sure- had everything we needed for sure!"

"This property was very cozy and welcoming. The bedroom, walk-in closet, kitchen, dining room, and living were all very spacious for my wife and I. The bathroom was a little small, but the jacuzzi tub definitely made it up for it. The washer and dryer, along with the fully furnished kitchen were very accommodating. "Condo was as described and was great for 3 adults and a dog. had everything we needed for this trip and is indeed a 10 minute walk to whiskey row which is nice to not drive. The yard is secure and there is a dog door if you are bringing your pal. A little hard to find at first because google doesn’t have the address correct, ensure you talk with Roger about it first. Check in is done by the neighbor, Bob who is a real nice guy. We arrived late and is was no issue."

"The house and views are amazing! The house is well appointed with anything you may need. The road leading up to and away from the house is a bit rough, but the ability to park onsite is worth it! This was my second time staying at the Riordan House and it certainly won't be my last. "
