"This condo is very clean and conveniently located close to the square. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Snacks, bottled water and a bottle of wine were much appreciated! Communication with the owners was great! They responded in a very friendly and timely manner! We highly recommend staying here! We will be back!"

"We initially had some small difficulties getting the code and instructions, but I think it was the vrbo website and not tge host. It all worked out. The evap cooling system did not cool the back bedroom very well. There were no coffee filters, which made brewing coffee a challenge. Would have been nice to have a dinette set on the porch for eating outside to enjoy the incredible views. Overall, it was a great stay at a great location within easy walk to all of the tasting rooms and restaurants....

"The hosts have thought of everything for this beautiful and spacious condo. Well appointed kitchen and bath. Comfortable bed and plenty of closet space. Handy washer and dryer. The location in old town is perfect too. Walk out the door to shops, restaurants, and wine bars. Also an easy drive to see the sights of Clarkdale and Jerome or visit the many vineyards nearby. Overall a great place to stay and I hope to come back someday. "

Patty thinks of everything you might need to make your stay comfortable.Located in the heart of Old Town Cottonwood, this place is perfectly situated within walking distance to a wide variety of shops, restaurants and wine tastings. Jerome is a quick drive up the mountain and Sedona is about 25 minutes away.Our next trip to Cottonwood will definitely...
