"This is the first time since the pandemic that there was daily room cleaning. I didn’t realize how much I missed that. The front desk was friendly, professional, and quick. The room was clean. The air conditioner cooled the room quickly (it was over 100 and humid on our trip). It was a great trip and I will be staying here on future retreats with or without our dogs. "

"The staff was excellent! Room was clean. However, the hall light shines through the door. Doors need to fit the door frame. Water flow from the shower head was very minimal and could not be adjusted. Lights from the microwave, clock, and tv had to be covered at night. And, the mattress was not as comfy as it should have been (too firm). Sorry for the negatives, but you asked."
