As others have noted, by “shared property” it means that while you have the upstairs to yourself, you still enter through the front door and foyer of the ground level occupied by the homeowners. "Our family has been enjoying Bellheim for 7 years now, and we don’t have any plans to stop coming! Every year is just as great as the last. Our group of 9 ranges from age 10 to age 87. There is something for everyone, and plenty of space. Every detail has been thought of for you by Kermit, and it makes staying here SO easy. "We stayed at this wonderful house for our sins wedding. The beds were comfortable. The foosball table, basketball game and air hockey table kept our young grandchildren amused. Would have loved to try the home theater but alas no time! The coffee set up with the great array of K-cups was amazing. Jamique is a wonderful host."

"Welcoming, beautiful, so clean and well stocked with quality towels, dishes, bedding, personal touches ...books on this nightstands, lots of games tucked away, plenty of pillows and blankets. Cute little town of Bellville. When we have another trip here, we will come back to yellow door. We took a little toy size sheltie and she Felt right at home.
